The DECATS Coalition comprises all DECATS programs throughout the state of Texas that receive lead funding from DeBusk Foundation. Program administrators form a network of leaders and educators, sharing curriculum, content and ideas and collaborating on the growth and direction of their programs. Each DECATS program operates independently.
