Junior Mentor
Junior Mentors are most often DECATS graduates who are choosing to pursue careers in education. As a “Mentor in training,” Junior Mentors contribute to developing experiential, participatory and entertaining elective courses, as well as formative professional development for use in classroom settings at DECATS and beyond.

Office Manager
Each campus has two Office Manager positions. This role is vital to the successful preparation and execution of DECATS, working closely with the instructional faculty, Scholar participants and parents. Office Managers also participate in our rigorous training on program philosophy and methodology.

Graduate Assistant
The GA Application is by invitation and usually opens the same day as returning Scholar sign-ups (consult the calendar). An invitation with a personalized application link will be sent to those who qualify. Because spaces are in high demand and extremely limited, the deadline date is strict. Approximately 15 graduates will be confirmed for each campus. Program Directors will contact applicants with more information after applying.
Required working days for GAs include: pre-program in-service days, new Scholar-parent orientation and the program days.
