Legacy Scholars are first-time attendees who have a sibling who's attended DECATS before. Legacy participants receive one week of Early Access to sign-up before other first-time attendees.

DECATS Graduates may apply for a volunteer position as a Graduate Assistant, working closely with mentors and Scholars to serve the community in a supportive role. The GA application is available annually from February 1 – 15. Because spaces are in high demand and extremely limited, the deadline date is strict. Approximately 15 graduates will be confirmed for each campus. Program Directors will contact applicants with more information after applying. Required working days for GAs include: pre-program in-service days, new Scholar-parent orientation and the program days. The application may be accessed on the Join Our Team page.
