Greetings, DECATS Families!
As we round up an incredible summer, our final week has truly taken us to the next frontier! Scholars proudly showcased their talents and hard work through engaging course presentations, while our DECATS family demonstrated the true spirit of giving. Thanks to your generosity, we collected over 500 items for Texas Children’s Hospital, proving that when we ride together, our compassion leaves a lasting impact.
During Thursday’s Closing Celebration, Scholars took center stage, showcasing their creativity and teamwork in dynamic performances that highlighted the critical thinking, leadership, and collaboration they cultivated throughout the program. It was a memorable finale that captured the heart of DECATS, proving that when we journey together, every Scholar rises to new heights.
Thank you for allowing us to be part of your Scholar’s journey this summer. We hope each Scholar leaves DECATS with new knowledge, lasting friendships, and cherished memories, carrying forward the confidence, curiosity, and compassion to make a positive impact wherever their trail leads.
As we look ahead, your feedback plays a vital role in helping us improve and grow. Both the Parent Evaluation and Scholar Evaluation are now available to you on your myStatus portal checklist. We’d love to hear about your family’s DECATS experience and how we can continue to reach new heights together.
